1. Who we are

Pyxelio Digital (Private) Limited is a company incorporated in Sri Lanka, of Kegalle, Sri Lanka. We are a digital agency providing design, development, marketing, automation and consulting services, and we act as a technology provider on the advertising and business platforms our clients use. 2. Using our website

You may use pyxelio.co for lawful purposes and to learn about and enquire into our services. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or connected systems;
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site;
• Scrape, copy or reuse the site's content or code except as permitted by these Terms or by law;
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.

3. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, images and code, are owned by Pyxelio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The name and mark "Pyxelio" are ours. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, adapt, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. Ownership of work we deliver to clients is dealt with in the Master Services Agreement, not here.

4. Our services and enquiries

Information on the site about our services, packages and prices is for general guidance and is not a binding offer. A binding engagement is formed only when we and a client agree a Statement of Work under our Master Services Agreement. Submitting an enquiry or accepting a proposal does not create any obligation on us to provide services until that agreement is in place.

5. Third-party platforms and links

Our services depend on third-party platforms and providers, including advertising, hosting and analytics services, whose availability, policies and pricing are outside our control. The site may also link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party sites, platforms or their content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

6. No guarantee of results

Outcomes of our work depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms and tools, market and competitor conditions, and a client's own products, pricing and decisions. This applies across design, development, marketing, automation and consulting alike. Any figures, targets or forecasts we share are good-faith estimates and objectives, not guarantees, unless a Statement of Work expressly states a figure to be a guaranteed deliverable.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and terms implied by statute or common law in relation to the site, including any implied warranty of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Liability arising from services we provide to clients is governed by the Master Services Agreement.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. By using the site you acknowledge those policies.

10. Changes

We may update the website and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date at the top will be updated. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website.
